Harsgeir View Holiday Cottage -Wifi Go green

It was peaceful and comfortable. The owners obviously care a lot for their guests and the property. We loved the wood burner and really appreciated having logs supplied. We chose the twin room for its light and airy feel and view from the big window. The double room whilst still lovely was darker with no view. A welcome pack was a bonus as was the friendly call from the owner when we arrived. Jamie up the lane also popped some duck eggs on the doorstep.

Whilst lots of people appreciate and love the remoteness of this cottage, for us, we found we ended up doing a lot of driving each day to visit the places we wanted to see. This is no way a reflection on the cottage but just to make others aware to check if the location is right for them.

The area

We loved the quiet location with long views of the countryside and glimpses of the ocean. There was a lovely welcome basket of food, all we needed for our first breakfast, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Beautiful Bosta Beach was a short drive away. The kitchen was well appointed.

Location was just stunning could not ask for a better place to stay.
