Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und typisch Mallorcin eingerichtet.

Leider war das gesamte Haus beim betreten sehr muffig, das Geschirr und die Gläser sowie Töpfe und Pfannen sehr schmutzig. Im großen Schlafzimmer war sehr viel Ungeziefer, was ein entspanntes Schlafen unmöglich machte. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer war eine Matratze stark durchgelegen, diese wurde jedoch durch die Eigentümer nach zwei Tagen ersetzt. Schade war auch das keine Information über die Müllentsorgung vorlag, sowie der Pool gereinigt wird und wann die Handtücher ausgetauscht werden. DiePool- Liegen sind allesamt durchgelegen.
