I do not recommend this property due to dishonest practices and extremely poor customer service. • My booking was in winter, and I specifically needed heated water for my children and infant. The property initially told me they could not provide this, so I requested to cancel and booked another place. • The next day, they suddenly provided heated water — contradicting their earlier claim that it was impossible. This appears to have been done solely to avoid refunding me. • The booking advertised heating and air conditioning, but this was misleading. Not all rooms had AC, and some only had fans. • The villa was not in the best clean condition, but I was initially willing to overlook this until they ignored my cancellation request and acted dishonestly. • I left after the first night, returned the keys in the morning, and stayed elsewhere for the remaining 4 nights. They have provided no refund or compensation. • I contacted Booking.com, but they said the property refused the refund, claiming I canceled after they provided heated water — which is false. In short, they misrepresented amenities, ignored my concerns, and withheld my refund despite me leaving immediately.
