Mishti Blu Studio al Mare by Wonderful Italy

Персонал всегда был на связи. Прислали подробную информацию по заселению, которое осуществлялось бесконтактно. От остановки автобуса 10 минут пешком. Апартаменты находятся в кондоминиуме Рио Бадос. К морю ведёт вымощенная дорожка по живописной территории вдоль берега. До пляжа Бадос идти около 10 минут. Пляж великолепный. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: гель для душа, шампунь, мыло, посуда для приготовления пищи, столовые приборы. Была бутылка воды в холодильнике. Отдельное спасибо за пляжный зонт, циновку. Есть стульчик и даже надувные круги для детей. С удовольствием кушали и пили кофе на террасе.

Гейзерная кофеварка совершенно бесполезна, потому что плита индукционная.

El colchón y la ubicación

El N°20 no existe en Google map! Perdimos casi una hora para encontrar como llegar y entrar al parking. Después, Las indicaciones para encontrar la llave y el número de apartamento parecía un "escape room" pero después de 13h de barco y 1h30 nuestros celebros no daban para tanto.

L'appartamento è veramente grazioso!! Piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge a piedi in 5min attraverso un sentiero, le altre in 15/20min. L' appartamento dispone di maschere,salvagenti e ombrellone da portare in spiaggia, molto utili! Sono state carine anche le ragazze dell'agenzia che ci hanno aiutato con le indicazioni. :)

Zona prettamente residenziale, i ristoranti sono pochi e non buoni. Supermercato distante. Consiglio auto per spostarsi

It was good to have terrace with awning although neighbours were right next to us and we couldn’t feel we had privacy. It was lovely to have working, strong air conditioning, washing machine and iron too. Good and cheap transport (1€ ASPO buses) - bus stop Mare Rocce 10min walking distance from the apartment.

No contact with the owner at all, neither via Booking.com, nor through WhatsApp nor their agency website. We wanted to find out some information before our arrival but nobody replied. Instead we kept receiving automatic messages about all of the rules in the apartment and extra charges in case of not following them (cleaning dishes, being quiet, recycling and throwing away waste in designated area quite far from the apartment). We had to pay for the rental + cleaning service after our check out + city taxes, so bear in mind that the price on Booking.com is not final although it is a lot of money! The apartment itself was renovated and we couldn’t complain apart from extremely squeaky bed - every time any of us flipped over from one side to another, we were waking up each other, although mattress was comfortable. The host didn’t update instructions about the number of our apartment and the place where to dispose waste. We didn’t have a single bottle of water at the arrival which was disappointing taking into account the long day of travelling and paying 1200€ for our stay. We’ve got one set of towels, one toilet paper roll and there were no bin bags. We were informed from the handbook that there may happen power off which certainly did few times. We checked all fuses that were turned on but couldn’t find the general lever. We kept texting and calling agency with no reply. It took us 1.5h to find main switch around one of the neighbours apartment that turned out to be connected with our place… Bear in mind that the apartment is not separated, it is a big complex of flats, so if you plan to use terrace, you won’t have privacy. There is no life in Pittulongu, there are 3 small restaurants 10min walking distance but they serve dinner from 6-7pm. Local shop is quite small and expensive, 20min walking distance. There are Lidl supermarkets in Olbia if you need bigger shopping as well as good bakeries.

Great location They provide everything to have fun at the beach

Head shower was broken They only provide 1 set of towels for 5 nights and charge 25€ to change them

The apartment had everything you need, it was quite modern but also comfortable and clean.
