Las habitaciones son hermosas, están muy limpias, el restaurante asiático y tierra son los mejores.

Bajo mantenimiento, mala predisposición del personal, las personas de las barras de tragos todos muy mala onda, sentías que molestabas, quienes fueron buena onda eran los del restaurante windows, tierra y asiático

La ubicación y su playa

Tiene poca variedad gastronómica, pocas barras y mucha demora para ser atendido en ellas. No todas las barras tienen los mismos productos para realizar los tragos , lo que hace que en la mayoría sean de muy baja calidad.

El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones super cómodas. Nos tocó un edificio cerca de la poscina, playa y restaurantes así que estuvo súper

Lo único que no me gustó fue la comida en almuerzo y cena. Poca variedad de comida considerando las diversas nacionalidades de los huéspedes

El hotel es muy grande y cómodo es la segunda vez que vamos

Está vez nos robaron 100 dólares de la habitación y no hicimos la denuncia correspondiente porque sabíamos que iba a terminar en la nada mismo

Customer service was excellent! Everyone was very kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to help us with any question & need.

The food at the buffets, the pastries were usually old and dry, not fresh. They weren’t many chicken options and beef.

Está todo bien destruido.. Y muy cómodos..lindo los alrrededores

No nos gusto ..que hay que reservar lugares en las reposeras tendría q haber personal controlado y colocar más palapas

"Me gustó, comí bien y disfrutes de lindos días"

Me gustó su estacionamiento privado,su sectores de descanso comunes , su bufet , la playa amplia y limpia. A me olvidaba un trabajo muy lindo de jardinería en general, muy llamativo este último punto.
