Was visiting beamish stayed here with family for 2x nights everything was amazing from location to staff. Food was lovely would highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Chalets were comfortable and warm

Our chalet had a damp/drain/sewage smell unfortunately. We didnt report it as we were there for only one night. However our friends stayed in the chalet next door and they were fine

Great location. Nice bar and good breakfast. Quiet room, plentiful parking.

Room was very tired, especially the bathroom with lots of mould and an infestation of small flies!

The location was amazing for the beamish museum, the rooms were perfect and the food was outstanding . The staff were so lovely and the breakfast was fabulous .

There was nothing I didn't like .

We used it as a base to explore the area, we will be back as due to it being easter places were closed.

Couldn't get a parking space due to restaurant being full easter sinday

Charming property but main building totally run down

Upkeep is clearly not a priority. We stayed for 2 nights attending a birthday function, Bar closed at 11 without pre warning of last orders. As residents we could not order after 11pm - obviously no business sense although the money could have well been used for the upkeep.
