The location of the apartment is fantastic. The size of the rooms is good, and having 2 full bathrooms and an additional half-bath is really convenient for large groups. Communication with the owners through Booking was slow, but we discovered that they responded quickly via WhatsApp.

Considering the quality of the place and the price, there are some areas that could be improved: - The living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. Since we were 7 people, we needed to use the sofa bed, but it was quite dirty, and there was only a torn bottom sheet available to cover it. - We were 7 people, but there were only 6 chairs. We asked for an extra one so we could all sit together at meals, but they couldn’t provide it. - The check-out time was too early compared to several other apartments I have been all over the world. However, on our last day, they allowed us to check out one hour later. - The kitchen had only very basic equipment. There was no coffee maker, dishcloth, kitchen towels, placemats or a medium/large frying pan (only a small one). It was difficult to cook with such limited kitchenware for 7 people, even basic dishes. - The oven was extremely dirty. - In one of the bathrooms, the toilet seat was loose, and the sink didn’t drain properly, which are small details that need attention. - The heating was excessively high both during the day and at night. It could only be adjusted from the boiler, which also made the hot water come out colder. This means the apartment doesn’t have a thermostat to control the temperature. During our stay, we had to keep the windows open.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished; and conveniently located close to restaurants and sights. The host allowed for early check in which is very helpful.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a bed in the living room, which needs a bigger frame for the mattress to prevent a person from slipping off the bed. The half bath needs a lock so the door would close. Some shelves to set toiletries on and hand towels would be helpful.
