3 Sandringham Sea Facing ground-floor Studio

Keys were in lock box at entrance to building

The unit itself, it is poorly advertised and misleading. The aircon didn't work, the extractor fan aswell, a Queen bed is advertised, but there is only a double bed. The furniture is torn, the plugs adaptors don't work and seating is not very comfortable. When you ask for an early check in and do not get it, PLEASE do not leave your luggage in the car. We did and the car was car jammed, all of our luggage was stolen. Holiday turned upside down and very expensive.

The self check in, fantastic location (and sea view), size of the apartment, security in general, and secure garage parking.

The apartment requires some refurbishment and there are markings on the carpet. Did not realise smoking was permitted/ or someone who stayed there before us breeched by smoking (sadly, our clothes attracted the odour)

Excellent location.

Location was perfect. Nozuko(staff) was the best.

The furniture was uncomfortable ,the bed was a bit wobbly for 2 people,the 2 seater couch nreds to be replaced,the cushions sink in.

The carpets are stained and needs to be replaced and inside the microwave was very dirty

it was a self serve so no breakfast the location was great, great view

Cleanliness, the apartment was not neat, there was cockroaches in the room. it was only clean on the visible surface the towels were cream white not white as they should. TV was not working buy on the advert it is included
