3 Sandringham Sea Facing ground-floor Studio

I have stayed in this particular unit two years in a row and the only reason I keep coming back to it is because of the convenient location for the purposes of my stay.

Sadly, in two years, nothing has been either maintained or kept clean. The unit is serviced daily BUT that is surface cleaning and not deep cleaning? The carpets are stained and dirty, the couches and day bed are stained and dirty, the spare duvet inners are stained and dirty, the shower curtain is so gross it sticks together, is covered in mould and smells of urine. This unit needs a breath of fresh air, an overhaul of the very very tired furnishings, bedding, carpets, bathroom accessories etc. The other thing I don't like and it is the second time that it has happened to me, you are not told on arrival that they work on a prepaid meter so when the electricity runs out you spend a lot of time thinking it is loadshedding when instead it is because the prepaid meter needs to be topped up ... and it always runs out shortly after arrival - why is this not checked and topped up before our arrival?

We have stayed at this apartment a few times now and always feel comfortable and it is a great area to stay in. The owners that we deal with are always helpful and answer any questions we have whilst staying with them or when we message from the uk. We couldn't ask for a better service and will definitely stay with them again.

Having to leave and come back to the UK.

We loved the location of the apartment. Ubers were readily available. The apartment was spacious, and had essential kitchen accessories. The bed comfortable. Wifi worked well.

The shower was not the best, not tall people friendly & we were not allowed to take a bath (as per house rules). We were there for 6 days and there was no house cleaning during the 6 days. Construction was a bit noisy within the complex and surrounding area. The stove had issues of some sort. The knobs dont work accurately. Overall you get what you pay for.

Location is excellent. Apartment is close to all proximity

keys were left in an envelope placed in an unlocked box. Anyone could have gotten hold of the keys. Apartment was not clean especially the carpet. Its very very filthy. Wonder weather it has been cleaned since COVID 19. Artificial flowers/plants are very dusty. Linine looked like it wasn't changed. Found hair between the sheets
