Huge bed, super comfy, very clean, very private location, lovely host, easy access to everything, huge room, quiet, would definitely recommend and stay again.

It is like a hostel where you share the bathrooms and common areas. I had no idea, but the price is exceptional.

Excellent location, happens to be close to where I used to live

The host was very helpful. Everything was managed remotely and conveniently. Although this is just a room in a shared house, it was comfirtable and clean.

Quiet, comfortable stay with responsive host!

Host Zihan was very communicative, available, patient, and unflappable. There are no keys, but electronic locks with codes. When I had trouble with the code, Zihan promptly and kindly responded and I was able to open the door. The location is very convenient, easy walking distance to the bus stop on Colorado Blvd., It is very close to Fuller Theological Seminary, easy walking distance to grocery store, CVS, and Target, a little farther to bus stop on Los Robles and Metro train at Lake, walkable to the Amtrak bus stop and City Hall, easy bus ride to the Convention Center. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable, beautifully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for a quick breakfast or to heat up prepared food. You may be lucky to meet fellow travelers from around the world or from California.

There are five rooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, so be prepared to occasionally wait your turn for the bathroom. If you have stayed in hostels, this is a step up from a hostel, with private rooms with doors that lock, but the bathrooms and kitchen are shared. There is a street light right outside the second floor windows, so be prepared with a sleep mask or a hat you can pull over your eyes. Paying via Zelle a few days before my stay was disconcerting, but it worked and was totally legitimate and Zihan left the receipt on the desk in the room. These are minor inconveniences. This is the best place I have ever stayed in Pasadena and I would love to stay here again.
