"Perfect Windermere base."

The property was cosy, comfortable and clean. It has everything we needed for a perfect break.

Location, was perfect. Close to shops bars and train station. The host was very communicative, she shared lots of information to help us make the most of our time in Windermere,restaurants, attractions and transport. Access to the cottage was seamless. Highly recommend Rose Cottage.

"We had a fantastic stay at Rose cottage, the children didnt want to leave and we would absolutely stay again."

The property location was fantastic, 5mins from the bus/train station and perfect for getting around the lake district car free. The cottage was spotless and beautifully furnished. It was cosy and homely feeling, well equipped and perfect for a family stay. The beds were comfortable and despite being across the road from a pub it was quiet at night.

There wasnt anything we didnt like about the property.
