Beautiful property

No heat. Thermostat on wall not working. Very cold. Changed the AA Batteries from the bedroom fan lighting. Still not working.

Owner very responsive, polite, helpful and timely. Property was lovely, beautiful views, quiet, beautiful, guarded, had all spa amenities available for a completely relaxing getaway. Had a blast within the property and nearby places. Great weekend!

The kitchen was fully equipped, very convenient and helpful. Just bring your own cookware if you do not want to use teflon (Several of the pot bottoms were scratched up).

The place is very convenient ,with a good location. Good access to the beach.

The only thing that can be improved is the off smell by the pool.

The stay was great, loved the view and the spacious condo. And the pool area was amazing, my friends and I had lots of fun.

Property itself was great. Although I had a problem with the guard up front. He was friendly and joking around, all good at first, he told us where to park. When we couldn’t figure out where to park the second car, he came and told us where. Very helpful, but then he started joking around about how come we didn’t have ‘papers’, as in US citizenship, and then said “Oh that’s right, this is Mexico!”, that wasn’t a bad joke since he wasn’t directly offending us, a little sketchy but nothing too offensive. But then he said something about us or “Mexicans” being ‘wet backs’, at first I didn’t process it so I just laughed it off, later I realized what he had said to us. He said this in English so only two of my buddies and I understood him properly, but keep in mind we are all Mexican. I’m not the type to get offended but I don’t think a staff member should be joking around that way, especially using racist remarks. I would at the very worst expect that from a guest who doesn’t know how to behave.

EVERYTHING The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, and resources it had readily available. And of course, THE VIEW!!

Just that there wasn’t central AC, but that wasn’t a problem. We just cracked the back doors open.

Ocean view was phenomenal!
