Luxurious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Park Estate

The apartment is very big and comfortable with all the amenities that make it very relaxing

Fabulous location in The Park in Nottingham - fantastic residential area, very quiet. Lovely walk via the Castle to the City Centre. Great kitchen, all the facilities you could need. Lovely big dining table, basics provided. Very comfortable living area, huge sofas and plenty of space. The hosts were very responsive to questions.

I would not say this apartment was luxurious for several reasons: The bedrooms are not luxuriously furnished and the mattress on the bed in the smallest room was awful, cheap and uncomfortable. In the bedroom I stayed in there were no bedside tables or lamps. I would also question the size of the beds as it is being marketed for up to 6 adults - upgrading to king size would seem more appropriate. The smaller bathroom was basic - the toilet seat was pretty much falling off and the sink was miniscule. Good shower though. A couple of things that I feel should be made obvious on the description - it is a basement apartment accessed by very steep steps. As such it doesn't get any natural daylight plus the windows have some sort of glaze on them. I would not have booked it if I had known as it was a bit like being in a bunker. I had stated a 3pm check in - one of our guests arrived at this time and the cleaners were still there. We were supplied with a mixture of a few tea bags in a PG Tips box and had to purchase toilet roll - it was only a 2 night stay! That is not luxurious.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, well equipped with many necessities for guests. We were very surprised with how convenient everything was and the beds were super comfortable.

Other hosts should be required to stay here to see just how properties should be maintained for guests. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen, and there were even labels on draws and cupboards to cut down on hunting around for that cereal bowl. The lounge is basically a cinema, complete with surround sound. The flat was warm and cosy (perhaps too warm at times) and the surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. Some lovely personal touches. A really great find!

Tiny things: The kitchen could do with more mugs. The beds would benefit from mattress toppers or similar as you could feel the springs as you lay on them.

The property is located in a gated community meaning its very quiet and easy to access despite being within touching distance of the city centre. The only potential issue I could see is parking, in particular, if you're bringing multiple cars but for 1-2 cars there should be no trouble finding a spot. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, matching the photos presented on the site. Thank you for a lovely stay.

For us, it wasn't an issue. However, there are steps down to the property which you might have to bear in mind if you struggle with accessibility.

Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this property is perfectly suited to meet all your needs. I could go on and on about the many wonderful features of this home, but suffice it to say, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch place to stay.
