location is perfect and easy also to find free parking around, kitchen is well equipped and apartment was very clean

for 9 nights staying an extra change for towels and bed sheets should be provided, the bed needs to be replaced as not really comfortable

"Poor"

The location

I booked this apartment on the condition that there would be a safety deposit box in it. The owner had convinced me that the safety box was already installed. When I arrived there was a loose safety box in the apartment, It did cost me a struggle for many days to get it installed properly thus I could use it. The owner offered me a compensation which I finally got, 165 euros. But his lies and cheating spoiled my holiday seriously. In the end he was also very rude. The apartment was never cleaned during my stay but I was charged about 90 euros for the cleaning. I demand that I get a refund of half the price of the apartment as compensation for the cheating and the rudness of the owner

"Nice apartment but no privacy"

Nice apartment in good location with all facilities.

No privacy as the other apartments can see straight into yours, especially at night as there are no nets/curtains. There are creepy old men camped 24/7 on their balconies staring into the apartment. Drilling everyday at 9am in the morning while I was there as they seemed to be doing maintenance on the building/apartments. A lot of noise from the traffic.

The apartament was fully equipped for everyday life (kitchen utensils, bathrooms essentials and more). The owner made us feel welcome and took care of our needs preparing every single detail. We ware able to check in very early and leave quite late which was extremely convenient. I’d highly recommend you to check out this apartment while you’re in Maspalomas. The location is perfect, close to the supermarkets, many restaurants and the bus stop.
