Stylish Stay in Vibrant Salford, Manchester!

Easy to get too, location was great. House was fine, had enough rooms for everyone.

House was clean and neat.

The house was very cold when we arrived. It is november and ıt should have been heated once the landlord has the booking. We only stayed one night and house was about to get warmer on the time we prepare to leave the house. One more thing we got the car collection code very late and waited in a market too long to get the code. Apart from this, all was good and as stated.

It was very spacious

There was no heating, we called up multiple times and there was lack of concern for the health of the guest. No hot water and we were unable to shower throughout our stay. The blankets and duvet cover were thin considering how cold the place. Windows were also left open before our arrival which played a role in the temperature. Booked was broken with the error sign present.

The location was okay

-front door doesn't open from the outside -no hot water -wifi didn't work -tv didn't work -blinds didn't open -melted plastic on the bed sheets -lack of communication -wasn't informed that the key was a 5 minute drive from the actual airbnb -balcony doors didn't open -windows didn't open

The apartment was great and very comfortable. It is sotuated in a nice area and very convenient either to get to Old Trafford or to get to the city centre with the Metrolink stop less than 10 minutes walk away.

Coordination to collect the keys was not as clear but sorted it out eventually. TV in the living room was not working. Both the front and back gardens could do with some trimming.

Location and comfort

Key collection and returning it was a bit difficult.

Excellent service. Spacious and comforting home, and easy accessible to travel to the city centre. I would definitely return.

Communication when wanting a later checkout.

Unable to Change the TV from freeview, to the NOW TV box (no big deal for me)
