Menesse Tulum Oasis: Chic and Serene Getaway

Great location and the building is beautiful. Walking distance to supermarket, ibike rental, central area with all the restaurants, shops, etc. Really easy to navigate with transportation and taxis as it's located between two major intersections.

Host was very responsive, but this being a new rental there are still quite a few things that need to be figured out and improved: toilet flushes very poorly (after only one flush it took more than an hour for it to refill so that it could be used again). Kitchen only had plastic dishes which cannot be used in the microwave and are not suitable to serve hot cooked meal. Door lock was a bit finicky and took a while of getting used to properly hold the door while punching in the code and keeping it closed so it can close automatically. Having some balcony furniture would be a huge plus.
