Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood of Thessaloniki, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

It could do with a bit of deep cleaning and upkeep here and there.

Spacious apartment, great big balconies. Easy check in and check out.

The sofa bed was broken. There are steps to go to the bedroom and bathroom.

Disappointing Stay – Dirty, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Maintained We stayed in this apartment for two days and had a very unpleasant experience. The apartment was inconvenient, poorly maintained, and felt almost abandoned. The biggest issue was the, dirty bathroom with black mold, which is a serious health hazard. Additionally, the bathroom is located on the , first floor, requiring us to take the stairs every time, which was highly inconvenient. The, noisy neighbors playing loud music frequently, made our stay even worse, disrupting any chance of relaxation. The, “only positive aspect”was the private parking, but this alone does not make up for the many drawbacks. We would not recommend this apartment to anyone and suggest looking for cleaner, better-maintained alternatives.

Clean, tidy and in a good location.

The apartment is well equipped. There are two large and comfortable balconies to the living room and the bedroom. Free parking is a big advantage. There are restaurants and cafes near the apartment, as well as several shops.

It took us about 40-50 minutes to reach the central part of the city (White Tower - Λευκός Πύργος) on foot.
