Location is very good near the train station and the centre. A very quiet area . Apartment was clean and comfortable.

No ironing board. Only an iron. The sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Walking was difficult and it was very difficult to get taxis. The bus system was impossible to use understand.

The apartment is big, bright and clean. It has two AC and night shades. It is at 5 min walking from the train station that takes you to Varenna, Milan or Bergamo. The lake and the city center is also easy to reach. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

At least a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. Some detergent for the washing machine would have been useful as well. The check in procedure, that uses an external third party app where you need to fill in all the passport details and credit card needed to pay the city tax, requires a bit of time and attention. I would simplify it if possible.

Constant noise from construction in the apartment bldg. complex. was annoying. Wi-Fi access had several issues over the 4-weeks stay. There was no parking available to move heavy luggage from the car to the apartment and vice-versa. Kitchen utensils and cookware were of low quality (for the rental price) and inadequate for longer (4-weeks stay). The kitchen cabinets felt sticky and unclean. TV size for the apartment was laughably small. Laundry clips to hang-dry washed laundry on the provided laundry drying rack were inadequate. Graphiti and overall filth of the main street next to the apartment was appalling.

The apartment very clean and modern, calm and quiet. Great apartment, comfortable beds. Close to the center and train station,only 5 minutes to the centre. Helpfull staff
