Cute Studio in Old Town by Holiday Solutions

A very small, compact apartment with everything you need. It's close to everything and has a great location. With the windows closed, it's very quiet.

It's not worth walking around the apartment barefoot, as the cleanliness was not up to standard. The washing machine, iron, and hairdryer were old and outdated. They were usable for a few days, but not ideal. For two people staying three nights, we were provided with only two rolls of toilet paper, and they were the thin, low-quality kind. This was barely sufficient. No dishwashing sponge was provided, even though the house rules stated that guests should wash their dishes before leaving. We were also not provided with any detergent capsules for either the dishwasher or the washing machine.

Obiekt znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, centrum Como, blisko do pociągów, autobusów a także do samego jeziora. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. No i na tyle z plusów.

Jak za tą cenę niestety nie polecamy. Zapłaciłyśmy naprawdę sporo pieniędzy za sam nocleg bez śniadania. Już w pierwszy dzień miałyśmy problemy z prądem, a co za tym idzie również nie było ciepłej wody. Zatkany zlew w łazience. Uszkodzona suszarka do włosów.

Posizione ideale, dimensione perfetta per avere tutto a portata di mano, carina.

Poteva essere pulito meglio il bagno. La doccia per evitare la muffa ha bisogno di una passata più frequente di candeggina! Magari mettere un sistema per gestire l’apertura della finestrella nel bagno potrebbe aiutare a non far fare muffa. In generale l’odore della casa quando sono arrivata non era piacevole.

It was in a good location

The building was dodgy, people shouting inside, the room was tired, uncomfortable and towels were dirty. The bathroom smelt like sewage.

Falta de limpieza, limitado equipamiento y utensilios, y el tema del acceso al departamento por escalera.

A localiza é boa e a cozinha é funcional

A limpeza deixa a desejar. O espaço é escuro, estava mal arrumado o material de limpeza a mostra.?

La llave de acceso al edificio no funcionaba bien La ventana principal sin cortina, la claridad del día nos daba en la cara a las 7 a.m.

La ubicación

Estuvimos 4 días , no funcionaba wifi , es imposible ponerte en contacto con el responsable del apartamento , no se puede tener una comunicación fluida. Tardaban casi un día en responder o no te respondían . Al final no solucionaron el tema del wifi . Además en nuestra estancia tenían una tubería rota del fregadero q tampoco lo arreglaron estando nosotros allí. Papel higiénico dejaron un rollo. En el baño había plaga de hormigas que salían de debajo del plato dejaron ducha . Debajo de la cama había pelusas enormes de no haber limpiado debajo de ella en mucho tiempo . Y la cama imcomodisima, nos levantábamos con dolor de espalda . Pagamos mucho dinero para lo que es y la falta de responsabilidad de quien lo lleva .

The location was great right in the centre. Overall the apartment is quirky and comfortable.

Not that we disliked anything but if you are going to choose this accommodation you should be aware there is limited hot water, some of the power points are a bit tricky, bring some washing powder if you intend to do washing.
