Hosts were extremely helpful and supportive. Once Kathrin found out that we're with a 8 month old baby, she got us a playing mat as her own initiative! Great contact over whatsapp, definitely a place to go. In December, there were no issues to find a parking spot.

It was a lovely spot. Quiet at night but close enough to the Pepa food hall and bars in the commercial centre. Its also not too far from the beach. If you are unable to walk far or uphill (its not that steep!) you might not fancy it but it was 100% worth being up the hill a bit if you prefer a quieter setting.

Haven't really got anything to say that was negative - the apartment and the complex and the bar/restaurant were really excellent and so clean. The gated access on the flat is really excellent for security but please think about it in the event of emergency escape. We left it open when we were in the flat in case we needed to get out in a hurry.

Myself and a group of friends and family recently stayed at the castle apartment. The apartment is super modern, clean and has all the amenities and more needed for an enjoyable stay. Duplex style so plenty of room for our group and a cute balcony area for us to all sit together. Kathrin the owner of the property was just delightful, we had a late arriving flight and she kindly left a selection of snacks and drinks for our arrival, this made for a nice personal touch to our stay. During the stay I had to contact Kathrin for some help. She was very quick to respond and help resolve the situation. The property has a lovely pool area with onsite bar and restaurant serving food and drinks at very reasonable prices. It is also a short 5 minute walk down the hill to more restaurants and bars. I will defiantly stay here again on my next visit to Tenerife.

Whole apartment recently renovated to a pretty high standard. Host always answers any questions immediately. Very comfortable for a family of 6 and plenty privacy for all.

Not much to complain about.
