New apartment Zadar AB with a beautiful view

The apartment was well equipped for our everyday needs. It was also very clean and it was quite close to the city centre. The apartment came with an underground parking spot, meaning that I did not have to worry where I leave my car overnight.

Appartamento ben tenuto e molto carino, accogliente e spazioso per 4 persone. Posizione al centro geografico di Zara favorevole anche per spostamenti. Dotato di molti servizi, tra cui cucina con angolo cottura, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, decisamente utili durante le vacanze. Situato al quarto piano di un edificio dotato di ascensore e per questo comodo da raggiungere. La zona è tranquilla, non ci sono troppi rumori ed è perfetta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Essendo al centro geografico di Zara, è ad una mezz'oretta di distanza (a piedi) dalla costa e da Zara Vecchia (a nostro parere la parte più bella di Zara). È però utile qualora si vogliano provare attività e/o ristoranti sparsi per tutta la città.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the equipment you would expect at home, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Antonija is incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday apartment ❤️

Hele fijne bedden. Overal airco. En goed contact met de host. Bij aankomst lag er vanalles voor ons klaar. Zoals snoepjes, dinken en fruit. Maar ook in de badkamer zeepjes, shampoo en voldoende toiletpapier. Echt fijn! En wat me opviel, het gebouw was erg goed geisoleerd. Nog nooit heb ik zo'n stil appartement gehad. De locatie was prima. Je kon je auto parkeren op een privéparkeerplaats in de kelder onder het appartement. Een auto is wel aan te bevelen. We waren in no time in de stad Zadar en op andere mooie plekken. Zadar was ook een verrassend leuke stad. Alleen jammer dat het zo lastig was om een parkeerplaats te vinden en overal was het betaald parkeren. Ook zijn wij nog bij de Krka meren geweest wat ontzettend gaaf was!! Echt een aanrader!

Udoban i moderan apartman, lijep pogled na grad, najljepsi zalasci sunca, blizina centra grada gdje nismo morali paliti auto, sve sto nam je bilo potrebno imali smo u stanu. Gospodja Antonija izuzetno nenametljiva osoba, ostavila nam je razne stvari u frizideru, sve za pranje i ostalo. Jako smo zadovoljni i sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj.
