Modern and Friendly Flat in Playa del Ingles

Locatie was prima. Enkel gebrek aan parking was soms moeilijk.

Deel van de accommodatie was niet naar standaard van wat werd aangeboden. Parasol hing uiteen. Onbruikbaar. Wasmachine werkte niet. Wifi werkte niet. Schimmel in de douche. Vuil onder bed en op plinten ( niet afgestoft ) .

Geschmackvolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute Lage, schöner Blick und kurzer Weg zum Meer, viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Parkplätze in der Seitenstraße vorhanden

Leider konnte keine WLAN Verbindung hergestellt werden, trotz Angabe in der Beschreibung . Keine Fensterscheibe im Badfenster vorhanden , deshalb durch den Wind viel Sand ect. in der Wohnung. Für die Erkundung der Insel und um den Rummel zu entgehen, ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

Everything was extremely disappointing. It started with the fact that they communicate only through Booking, and in case of an urgent issue you might not get any response at all — which is exactly what happened to us. First, after promising to bring bed linen shortly, they disappeared until 10 p.m., when the children were already exhausted and ready to sleep anywhere. After informing them that bed linen was missing, there was no reaction for the entire week. The pillows and blankets — it is hard to guess when they were last washed; they were stained. Even with covers on, it was unpleasant to lie on them. The bed on the second floor looked like it had never been cleaned in its lifetime. The walls and many cabinets were covered with dirty fingerprints. We had to rewash all surfaces, not to mention the dishes. In the bathroom, the water pressure was barely flowing — proper hair washing was out of the question. The building is located next to the main pedestrian alley, which meant that every night you could hear who was fighting, who was happily coming back from a club. The noise continued at least until 4 a.m. Something awful. Even worse were other things — a bathtub with wooden slats made me feel like I was in Bali, and the large “residents” of the bathroom.

The sea view was lovely as the property is right, close to the beach. The grounds are well kept. The property's location is fantastic, overlooking the sea 5 minutes from Yumbo (prepare for many steps up and down, though). Overall, it was well-equipped, felt relatively recently renovated and reasonably comfortable. We felt safe there.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. We bought some cleaning products and went through the apartment ourselves as the host ignored our request to send the cleaner in. Other things were funny after this: no shower gel, one welcome coffee capsule for two persons to share, and missing kitchen essentials like paper towels. The manager seemed overstretched, running around various properties to check people in, so we had to wait as there was no self-check-in option. Hence, the quality control of the soft product probably falls behind naturally.

Everything was perfect! :) We felt ourselves at home literally.

Amazing apartment. Beautiful Seaview and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen so we had the option of cooking on some nights. Local to amenities and the beach. Super service and introduction provided. Swimming pool clean and maintained daily.

N/A We were put off by the lack of reviews but found the same apartment on AirBnb (for slightly more cost) with a few reviews. Don't be put off by this, it IS as good as it looks.
