Breede River Views, Waterfront, Gated Estate

Lovely home, open plan, spectacular view and position. Clean and organized. Fireplace inside was a bonus due to cold weather.

Bedroom downstairs was a very cold place, as it gets no direct sun. New mattress on both beds would help, as a bit too soft for our taste.

Pretty much everything was tops .

there were things that we couldn't find ( kitchen utensils, knives , a broom and dustpan, no salt or pepper containers ) .....but only small l things like that. otherwise super

This beautifully decorated property ticks all the boxes - perfect location, well equipped and good value for money. We are regular travellers and rarely find all the above in one property. We will most certainly be back.

The steps may be a problem for an unfit 80 year old! We are in our seventies and consider it compulsory exercising. It is difficult to find anything not to like.

Beautiful view of the river and mouth. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful details like the fire is already made and there are 2 fridges. We loved that we could fish right in front of the house and it was quiet. Our host was very responsive and helpful.
