Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties event.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location, size and layout, comfortable beds and well-appointed.

Smelled of cleaning bleach when first entered. When turned up heat from 18 to 20 degrees heated towel rack in bathroom emitted a strong and pervasive acrid burning smell.

Would have appreciated a bit more flexibility with access to be able to drop our bags off. It's not easy when you come to town and have to haul bags around for several hours.

"A lovely apartment in a good location."

The communication before the stay was great. The use of the website with all the details included were all together in one place. The free parking was great. A really good location for the city.

We were unable to cool the apartment down due to the central heating. It was far too warm. We had to have all of the windows opened. Being on the ground floor people walk past the windows and were loud. Check out could be a little later 10:30/11.

"Excellent stay right in Cambridge!"

Very comfortable and clean, well equipped, basics provided (dish soap, new sponge), excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the main high street. It is right on the road, but the area wasn't particularly noisy and we slept great (even our 2 year old)
