Bem equipado, limpeza e facilidades para o hóspede

Desconfiança do anfitrião, mensagens de multas para diversas situações. Fiz até um vídeo antes e depois para mostrar como eu encontrei e deixei nas mesmas condições. As cortinas estavam sem alguns ganchos e entrava luz, precisam ser fixados.

The host double-booked our room and refused to provide check-in information. Even though the mistake was on their end, they refused to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue. Instead, they pressured us to cancel the reservation ourselves, likely trying to avoid the platform's host penalty fees. As travelers without a local phone number at the time, this put us in a very difficult position. They could have easily handled this by contacting the platform directly. Please be aware of this host's dishonest practices and do not cancel on your end if this happens to you.

The room was warmly decorated and felt very cozy, with a great location. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus and very convenient during our stay. We could also tell that the host has great taste — the hand soap, shampoo, and body wash all smelled wonderful and added to the overall experience.

Although the apartment felt clean upon arrival, some fabric items that easily collect hair, such as the sofa and towels, had noticeable hair that may have been left by previous guests. In addition, supplies such as toilet paper were a bit limited.
