Everything really, David was very friendly on message and when we briefly met him in person. Due to not having another booking on the day we left he gave us the freedom on our checkout time. We arrived to a bottle of wine, the fridge had a fresh carton of milk, spotlessly clean, overall a really great stay.

Can’t fault anything.

The property is perfect - Attached to side of the hosts house and feels so welcoming. I have stayed here before and every time I head down Sussex I try and make sure I get to stay in this property. The host is very friendly and helpful and is only next door if needed. The property is spotless and is freshly decorated. Feels like a home from home and gives the perfect place to relax. Ideally located to get to Brighton if needed

Nothing - Am honestly over the moon with the property and am so glad I have found this little gem

"No problem staying there again"

Location was great and parking on the drive was fine. I didn't use the patio garden as it was dark when I was there. Bed was comfy and apartment was warm when heating was on. Milk in the fridge was nice - but I had been shopping on the way so need not have got any if I had known! Tea and coffee all good.

TV had Prime Netflix etc so I had to get Terrestrial TV like BBC News from my tablet - no real big drama.
