Adorable One-Bedroom Flat With Patio Garden.

We had a lovely stay. David was so helpful and friendly and the apartment was perfect.

Comfortable and spacious.

Lovely location with off-street parking. Quiet and clean apartment with partitioned decked area. We live locally and had family to stay, so this was perfect for us. The host, David was friendly and lives in the main house (the apartment has a separate entrance). The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable. It was nice to hear wood pigeons and black birds in the garden. Great setup with the TV with lots of apps to enjoy. We will definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

Difficult to think of anything we didn't like, it's a great apartment! The only suggestion would be to add a mattress topper for the single bed for total comfort.

Lovely apartment which was spotless. Plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Host left a pint of milk in the fridge which was much appreciated . He also left an information folder about the accommodation and local area. With three trains an hour at least to Brighton and only a 12 minute journey it’s much easier to base yourself here than try and park in Brighton If we have to stay in or near Brighton again I would not hesitate to stay here

If really being fussy bedroom curtains could be changed for black out curtains as light did enter from 6 am but this is a minor detail

Very cozy little flat in a quiet location with cute outdoor space and all the amenities you would need. Great communication with the host, would definitely recommend. We travelled as a family of 3 with our young daughter and the flat was perfect for us.

It was an annex off a large house. It had plenty of parking and the location was a short walk to the train station which made getting into Hove and Brighton easy. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the short stay.

The patio area in front of the decking was overgrown and it was open at the back into the main house garden with a small fence separating the decking from the main householders garden. This didn't affect the stay as we still sat out on the decking area which was clean and tidy.
