Velonis Villa with private pool and sea view

Very nice house! Our host was so helpful and accomodating!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa and Stelios met us on arrival and showed us through the house, which is modern and way bigger than we expected. Prior to our stay Velonis contacted us to ensure they were there for any of our needs and offered advice on places to go and things to do whilst on the island and offered to help book in advance if we wished. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The main bedroom and bathroom upstairs were fabulous. Air con in each room. Light and bright yet still lovely and cool inside. The pool area was nice, and the shadow of the house during the day meant you could get some shade if you wished. We didn't end up using the spa as the weather wasn't the best, however it looked lovely and Stelios showed us how to use it. The house was in a quiet location with a nice long outlook to the ocean and you could even watch the planes land in the far distance, but no plane noise. The walk down to the beach was probably around 15 minutes depending on your pace. The beach was a GREAT location (Ag Anna) with so many restuarants and shops to choose from. We wandered down each morning for a nice beach walk and coffee. Our fav to eat was more of a walk along the beach but worth it as they had tables and chairs on the beach - Paradiso Taverna - and the food was AMAZING! Stuffed Calamari a stand out. The breakfast supplied at the house was really big and delivered daily by Stelios who was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of croissants, a loaf of bread with condements, ham & cheese slices, each day a different mix of spanakopita (the spinach and feta is sooo gooood), a big egg omelette with potatos, juice and every day a lovely cake cooked by Grandma :) We hired a car which was very handy to get around all the best island locations and I would say a must, or we saw lots of tourists driving around on litte buggies that lookeds so fun, however not water proof :)

It was all very amazing and we had absolutely nothing to complain about, however just some feedback for the owner. We we were so grateful for the amazing breakfast which far exeeded expectation, however perhaps some fresh fruit, or cereal and yoghurt could be included daily. We didn't locate a manual for how to use things like the oven, dishwasher & washing maching, if there isnt one then might be nice to have a quick guide as we needed to check with Stelios. There was a very slight damp smell on the lower floor where two bedrooms and the gym are located, maybe just a drain cleaning needed.

The host was lovely and was willing to help out with anything we needed and easily contactable. The house is very new and clean. Close to nice beaches but easiest mode of transport is a rental car. The pool and spa were great. The place was very spacious and well kept. Breakfast delivered to the villa each day was the cherry on top and was delicious and filling!

The pool was lovely and there was a stunning view from the terrace. The host was so nice, helpful and welcoming and provided a gorgeous Greek breakfast each morning. The property was clean and spacious, couldn’t recommend it more!

A great breakfast was supplied daily, when we asked for more fruit/yogurt instead of baked goods the change was made the next morning.

The villa is set over 3 floors and much bigger than I thought it would be. There is a bathroom on each floor as well which is fab. Quiet location. Air con in every room. Beds were comfortable. Just over 10 mins walk to Agia Anna. We were provided really great hospitality and service from the Velonis team. They were proactive in providing us with options to book transfers, cooking classes, tours, watersports ahead of time. A big variety for breakfast was provided and there was a lot of food. Fab value for money and had all amenities we needed

The rooms had small windows which didn't have a curtain on them so it was too bright in the mornings, bring an eye mask. Downstairs shower had ants in it so we did not use that shower. Cleanliness could be improved in places e.g. pool had insects in it that we cleaned out before we could use it

The breakfast was amazing! Stelio always delivered a large spread of breakfast variety. Fresh from bakery - bread and baked warm food , eggs Bacon , local jams , baked pies,juice and milk.
