Heart of City, Centre Point Luxury Apartment

The location is wonderful. It’s a walking distance to most entertainment spots downtown. The views were extremely gorgeous.

The wall paintings seem to have just been done. But everything else was fine.

The apartment is super cozy, has a great view, is super clean and organized. For those who want to stay for more days, I highly recommend it because it has all the utensils for cooking and cleaning products. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was absolutely amazing and such great quality for money. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were great. Security staff were super nice and helpful

It was super hot, especially with 3 people in 1 flat.

위치와 전망. 버밍엄 신시가지 기차역과 쇼핑몰이 모두 코앞이다. 한국마트 oseyo나 차이나타운도 가깝다. 통창이라 조망이 확실하다. 재개발되는 버밍엄 시내의 모습이 인상적이다. 관대한 얼리 체크인 허락에 감사드린다.

전체적으로 너무 실망스러운 숙소. 방이 너무 더럽다. 조망 즐기는 용으로 하루는 버티는데 그 다음날부터는 화장실도 카펫도 처참해서 힘들었다.. 객실 내 청소기가 비치되어 있어서 오자마자 한번 돌렸는데, 먼지통에 먼지가 안 비운지 너무 오래되어 눌러붙어 버려서 비워지지도 않고 청소기 흡입력은 노답 수준ㅠ 다시는 오지 않을 듯. 전면 통창을 개방해서 환기할 수 있는데 환기가 잘 되는 것 같지도 않다. 안전패널이 있지만 어린이는 위험하므로 절대 동행하지 말것. 한쪽 벽이 유리다보니 더운 날은 바깥보다 덥고, 추운 날은 바깥만큼 춥다; 단열에 대한 보완이 필요할 듯하다. 체크인 당일 150 GBP 보증금이 별도의 체크인 웹사이트를 통해 청구되고 체크아웃하는 날 환불된다. 디포짓 시스템에 대한 공지가 필요할 듯. 근데 관리자 실수인지 환불과 동시에 새로운 디포짓이 한번 더 결제되었고 하루가 지나도록 환불/취소가 되지 않고 있다. 민감한 이슈에도 응대가 원활하지 못하다. 체크인 할때도 메일박스 내에 별도의 키패드 상자에 키를 보관해두는데, 경비 회사 직원분들 아니면 이 상자를 못 열어서 방에 못 들어갈 뻔했다;

Não é uma criticar, mais as cortinas deveriam ser trocadas. Por uma melhor pois o apartamento é muito luminoso. E também um ventilador melhor.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Wohnung entspricht auf dem ersten Blick den Fotos. Auf dem zweiten Blick ist sie allerdings schon sehr runtergekommen und an einigen Stellen nicht besonders sauber.

The check-in process could have been smoother, as the instructions provided were a bit unclear, which caused some initial confusion. I also noticed a Ring camera positioned just outside the apartment door—this was not mentioned in the listing, and I would’ve appreciated being informed beforehand, as it felt intrusive. There’s also a £150 bond fee required, so guests should ensure they have sufficient funds available. It would be helpful if this was more clearly stated on the listing. The washing machine wasn’t working initially, and I had to contact the host to get it resolved, which was a little inconvenient. Lastly, I think the place could do with air con, it was really warm, even with the windows open. Overall, a few small details could be improved for a more seamless experience.
