new modern ground floor apartment by the sea

Very cute apartment in nice location and a very friendly and welcoming host.

A dehumidifier and a mirror in the room could be of use.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. Clean and modern! Value for money! I recommend!

Everything was fine, the location, quiet neighborhood, close to transportation. There was coffee in the kitchen, a lot of places don't have it. PS. We arrived very late, that bottle of water in the fridge saved my day. Thanks a lot!

Being a semi-basement dwelling, there was a little bit of mold in the lower area of the exterior walls.

Perfect for my type of travel and close to my business livation. Next to the seafront, easy access to busses that can get you everywhere. Numerous supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants at a few minute walking distance. Fully functional appartment, nice bed, big frudge, nice kitchen, smart bathroom with a bug washing machine and dryer

I cannot say that I enjoyed my stay, since the previous host smoked so much, that the appartment has a terrible smell during almost all my stay. I had to keep the windows continuously open so that I could stay in the house, which made my every move vissible to the outside world, since its a ground/-1 floor appartment. I know its not a fault of the owner, and I trully had no problems with my stay there (amenities, location, vfm was excellent), but i have to justify my rating.

Lovely apartment, perfect location & great communication from host. Would recommend!!
