3 Bedroom family House in excellent Location

Great location , quiet area , huge outdoor area , good size yard to park on , close to town area ,

No fire alarms anywhere which was quite concerning this needs to be addressed as soon as possible . I didn't like that the listing doesn't outline that there's a step up inside the lounge area making it quite difficult for people with mobility issues . The front door is hard to open and jams . There's no privacy in the kitchen area the people walking on the sidewalk can see directly into the house . The toilet is very close to the door . The water pressure in the shower needs to be increased .

Clean and comfortable home in a great location. Close to the Base shopping centre. There's a big backyard for kids to play. Beds are nice and comfortable. It was very enjoyable and relaxing.

All the smoke alarms were missing! I noticed this was the case in a review from July, so it's high time they were installed. I'm not sure if it is illegal to rent a place out without smoke alarms. Some instructions on how to use the stove and TV would have been helpful. I managed to find a YouTube video to show me how to use the stove. The TV was difficult to use. There is a large crack down the middle of the main bedroom door. Also, the shower is at a very low height. Spare rubbish bags would have been useful. These are just minor issues but the missing smoke alarms is a big deal. It is such a cheap and easy thing to correct but to see that they've been missing for at least six months is disappointing.

Shower was quite annoying, back door can't open, and the yard has many barbed grasses so kids can't play in there with barefoot, kitchen smells of curry

Spacious, perfect for children and families, clean, tidy and great facilities.

Quiet residential area, easily accessible, beautiful clean home. Arrived late in the (winter) evening and found house was naturally warm without the need to use the heat pump or bedroom heaters. Comfortable couches in spacious lounge with fully functional and programed television. A pity we were only passing through on our way to a funeral and staying just the one night.
