O tamanho do quarto é ótimo. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos - mesmo abarrotados de trabalho. O hotel é seguro e fica perto de restaurantes, do metrô e de várias lojas legais. Também é possível ir andando até o fantástico Museu Antropológico.

A falta de limpeza dos lençóis, das toalhas e do quarto no geral. Quando a gente pedia eles encontravam materiais limpos. De qualquer maneira, em todos setores do hotel há poucas pessoas para muito trabalho. Até no café da manhã há uma única pessoa para preparar a comida, repor frutas, servir as mesas, lavar as louças e etc. Sorte deles terem um ótimo cozinheiro, gentil e elegante. Mas é visível a necessidade dos gestores contratarem mais gente.
