The photo in the ad doesn't match the room. The room is large but very poorly maintained. The glasses and bed linen were dirty. The bed linen, in addition to being dirty, was torn, the pillows were disgusting and the foam was falling apart. The room doesn't have air conditioning. The walls are cracked and leaking! And to top it all off, I asked the waiter for another sandwich and he told me I was only allowed one! They don't write this in the ad. And the price isn't cheap! La ropa de cama además de sucia estaba rota, las almohadas estaban asquerosas y la espuma se estaba deshaciendo. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. ¡Paredes con grietas y goteras! Y para colmo, le pedí al camarero otro sándwich de queso a la plancha y me dijo que sólo tenía derecho a uno. No escriben esto en el anuncio. ¡Y el precio no es barato! ¡Horrible!

Staff is amazing, from the gatekeeper to the front desk and cleaning staff everyone always has a smile on. Location is perfect and very safe and vivid area in Mexico city.

The floors and furniture were a bit dirty and considerable dust, the shower floods easily wetting the bathroom area, and there is noise coming from, street early morning.

The rooms are very large and nice with a balcony…the staff at the front desk are lovely people. The location was really good with lots of restaurants nearby..

I would suggest they add more utensils and glassware to the kitchenette area…

Location is very good

Cleaners and staff service . Except for the Sunday breakfast person in charge who was very nice . The lady from the front desk very disinterested , i have to go and ask for internet in the room , no breakfast on Monday . No toilet paper in the room , and the walls in the room dirty . I think it could be a better hotel if they pay attention to details .
