McKinley Beach Sunrise Studio - Pet Friendly

The actual living space I paid for. Location was fantastic. The gentleman who cleans the place was very nice to me.

Outside unkept. Some guests scresming at night. A lady downstairs towards the back yells everymorning ar 2am. Too many people walking by yelling 4am. Second week directly below me the tenant pounded on their celing actually moving my be twice. Then pounded on their ceiling towards my sink. Pounding lasted 20 minutes. First few nights young people not staying here gathered on the fire escape talking loudly outside my open window into late evening.

Beautiful big space. Well layed out. Lots of amenities nearby. Bar, restaurant, grocery

Stairwell to third floor smelled smoky

The property was Comfortable and nice to chill out .

The entrance wasn’t very clean and it was smelly .The air con was really noisy .

The location and the studio apt were great!

the stairs lol. Also, there's a pretty horrible smell in the main floor and up the stairs. Almost like a garbage smell.

It was the best location. Safe and very clean. TV choices were awesome. The shampoo and conditioner were better than what I use at home.

Heat was hard to adjust behind the bed.

I had a great stay at this place. It is conveniently located. Studio had everything that was needed and it is very spacious.

It’s not the studio itself, but the building was smoke-filled - other residents seem to smoke in their apartments and you breath that in as you climb stairs. Kitchen utensils were dirty, but the rest in studio was clean.
