The room was infested with a lot of small cockroaches! The room smelled cigarsssss not a good place to stay with kids. Parking around the area was very expensive even more expensive than the room we paid.

Only good location

The room smells bad and the landlord arrives in advance without knowing the ventilation and waited him to open the door for 10mins up.The air conditioner is louder than a bomber (earplugs don’t work) . The bed wasn't very clean and the blanket was obviously allergic after multiple uses. And there's no bath stuffs in the room not even toothbrush,basic shower gel and shampoo!! The washing machine is broken too. A very terrible experience!

its convenient and near to the airport and mall of asia

i just didnt like the bidet is leaked, no tissue at all inside the unit or even a complimentary water or hand soap.

It is near the venue of the event we attended

I didn’t like that there is no warm water in the shower

it was compact but felt nice and comfortable

a small thing but the water in the shower was not very hot, but of course that could have been my fault

the owner (Kuya Lito) is a really great guy. his communication and service was superb.. the place is great, very safe (gated by security), very clean, with all the mod con facilities (TV, microwave, washing machine). the pool is great fun to swim in and the rooms is very comfortable, spacious and quiet. I have Lito's number now and after previously being in several unclean and scary places in Manila, this place will now always be my number one stop off 👍
