Great location with easy access to the airport. The neighborhood felt safe as well. It was spotless as well as very comfortable.

The icemaker was not functional. Would have appreciated that especially in the Phoenix heat.

Well stocked kitchen and BBQ grill. Very comfortable living areas, lots of patio areas to relax and enjoy morning coffee. Pool was nice, but only tried it once as it was only in the 70s and the pool was too cold. Good location for getting to the places we were going. Good parking arrangement with garage door opener. Smart TV, so I could log into Hulu, etc.

Did have a bit of an issue getting the keys as the initial code given did not work. Took a little while, but we did get it sorted out and no access problems afterwards. The foam mattresses on the bed were unanimously decided to be too hard as we all had sore backs in the mornings and I never have back problems. Would bring a mattress pad next time.
