Excellent standard of service

The pool and beach area were beautiful. Clean resort. Amazing free breakfast.

Clean modern rooms with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff were so welcoming and happy especially the reception staff and housekeeping staff. The bar staff at the beach bar were ok but not as good as other staff we met. This hotel is definitely worth a visit its location was perfect for visiting many different restaurants in the area. The bus into Chania was easy to get and the fun train provided some really nice tours

Paying €10 euros for 2 sunbeds on the hotels beach was excessive when there are sunbeds along the beach that are free to use. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water included in the price and there were a couple of times we got fruit but this seemed inconsistent

breakfast was very good staff were excellent efficient and friendly good choice of hot and cold food

some toilets arooundthe top pool would have been better as we had to go to our room

The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful, made us feel at ease during the entire stay. The room was spot on, the pool areas very relaxing, the beach in front of the hotel had amazing sand and the water was a dream, was free of any debris and rocks, only fine sand under your feet. Breakfast was tasty, varied and inviting.

Honestly nothing really important, perhaps expect that if people close the door hard you will hear it/feel it pretty well.

We had a room with a slider and it opened right up to the pool and a very short walk to the ocean. Absolutely amazing

The staff did not speak very good English and it was a little challenging.

Tasty breakfast, great location right on the beach, clean sandy beach. The staff was very friendly. Everything was just perfect! Thank you :)
