Please note that check-in takes place at Pierre & Vacances La Rivière. Reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The price includes accommodation, bed linen and TV. For short stays of one to six nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding the kitchen area and dishes. After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and at an additional cost. The following services are available at an extra charge: beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Paid parking is available subject to availability, at a rate of EUR 55 per week in winter and EUR 50 per week in summer; guests are kindly requested to contact the residence directly to check availability. For any invoice request, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers activities to fully enjoy the mountain environment. In Chamonix, guests receive a EUR 40 activity voucher per apartment, offered for stays of a minimum of seven nights, to be used with the partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. The voucher is provided upon arrival and can be redeemed for a wide range of outdoor activities such as rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed and hiking. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances, the programme may be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
