Het was een slim ingedeeld appartement. Het was erg schoon. De receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Het centrum van Chamonix was op loopafstand. Ook de berglift en het treintje naar de ijsgrot waren dichtbij.

Het was zeer onduidelijk waar de receptie was. We zijn naar het appartement genavigeerd echter bleek dat de receptie op een andere plek was op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen. We konden onze auto niet kwijt im de spullen uit te laden. Het was vooraf niet duidelijk dat we een parkeerplek moesten reserveren. Uiteindelijk konden we parkeren bij de garage onder het andere hotel. We moesten daardoor 5 minuten met onze tassen en een kleuter sjouwen naar het hotel. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als dit vooraf was gecommuniceerd.

L'accueil très sympathique. On nous a promis une belle vue, nous n'avons pas été déçus! Le petit appartement est très bien équipé, tout était propre et le kit d'accueil (produits de nettoyage) était complet.

La porte séparant la cuisine du couloir était très dure à ouvrir, notre petite a bien failli rester enfermée. Mais elle pouvait sortir par la fausse fenêtre qui donnait sur la pièce a vivre.

Very good location, in front of the bus stop for ski bus and bus terminal. Close to the shops. Bed and sofa are comfortable and there’s a small balcony with a nice view. Also, super clean

No WiFi. They left just 1 toilet paper for 7 days. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and has no ventilation. The flat is quite small but ok if you only want to sleep.

Ubicación muy buena

Parking gratuito incluido en el precio pero no tenias una plaza asignada permanente, lo que puede ocurrir es que te quedes sin plaza por aforo de huéspedes y tengas que aparcar fuera pagando, la cocina no tenia campana extractora ni estropajo para limpiar los utensilios de cocina. No hay wifi en las instalaciones, solo en la recepción que esta ubicada fuera del edificio. Es importante tener en cuenta, que la recepción para hacer el check in esta en otra ubicación que no lo especifica en la descripción publicada.

Central location. Well equipped. Clean. Good value.

Cold, with no way to heat the apartment. Very noisy, especially in between 00:00 and 06:00, both noise from outside and inside the apartment complex.

Great value for money & great location.

Poor communication . Reception not open in property so I had to collect keys, after a 4 hour wait, from another property. This was not communicated beforehand.
