There were bed bugs in the bed. This is major concern.
ESClean crisp sheets, really nice staff, decent location, comfy bed. This place is especially dear to me because I had to cancel a night stay due to unfortunate circumstances and manager allowed a refund for that night in spite of same day cancellation. I was having a bad week and that gesture meant a lot. Would have given a 10 but there wasn’t hot water during my stay and I was hoping to wash my hair.
