"Prachtig hotel; uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit; centrale ligging in Loire dal."

Niveau hotel en kwaliteit kamers. Prachtig verbouwd gebouw ( oud gerechtshof ) in centrum Loches.

Kwaliteit ontbijt prima; diner is zeer matig qua keuze en qua uitvoering.

Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute, l’hôtel est magnifique, le parking est très grand, le spa et la piscine sont très agréables, la piscine est chauffée. Le petit déjeuné et le dîner sont également très appréciables nous nous sommes régalés !

always a joy to stay at this lovely hotel! It's centrally located and easy to access. The decor and ambiance is wonderful and the staff, outstanding!

Cannot think of any negatives for this property. Access via the stairs is difficult but the basement elevator entry is great. Always a joy!

"Cette hôtel a répondu a nos attente pour faire des visites de châteaux"

Très bon petit déjeuner pour démarrer une belle journée, il y a du choix. L’hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la cité royal et les châteaux, il y a un marché le samedi matin qui est très sympas.. Parking juste devant l’hôtel qui est très pratique.

L’emplacement, l’architecture de l’hôtel

Le personnel, très gentil mais équipe trop jeune mal coatchée. La cuisine du restaurant sur vendue le niveau attendu n’est pas la. Mauvais foie gras, un poulet mal cuit, sec sans sauce . Une serveuse très maigre pas en forme nous renversé l’eau à côté des verres les mains tremblantes. En revanche bravo au jeune apprenti qui réalisait son travail avec soin et sérieux. Mauvais point pour le manager qui ne vérifie rien . La tenue sale de certain membre du personnel démontre un certain laxisme, chaussures sales chemise à moitié mise dans le pantalon , langage fleuri . Malgré le prix élevé du bar , aucun petits toasts ne sont fournis . 22 € pour 2 cocktails , dans n’importe quel bar du monde c’est accompagné de quelques biscuits olives… Bref il y a des choses à revoir quand à la qualité du personnel et de la cuisine dans cet hôtel.
