For the most part things were good, staff was friendly and helpful.
Basically there were only two issues. Hair from prior guess in shower. Not a lot of hair only a few strands. Hot water wasn't hot enough, but was warm enough to take a shower. I would definitely stay here again in spite of.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
Booking description said it was 1.5 miles from downtown Memphis but it was not. Whole reason we booked this hotel was sp we didn't have to drive to downtown
