Piso Deluxe con Balcón Cerca del Casco Viejo

The location is not bad, although it is a bit on the hill. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, but we didn't need it at all, because with all the city bars with food that we visited, cooking didn't occur to us.

The apartment was ice cold, with a temperature limit of 20 degrees (very questionable what the actual temperature was). After a mild remark (communication via WhatsApp), we received an idiotic answer that the owner is environmentally conscious and that is why he limited the temperature in the apartment. After a slightly stronger complaint that it was a strange idea to freeze the guests, they reacted and raised the limit to 22. Another thing we didn't like were the bad and small beds. In general, if we had not frozen, the rating would have been much higher, but we assume that the apartment was set up for other seasons and not for winter.

Demasiado grande la pantalla del televisor para la distancia hasta el sofá, pero seguro que habrá mucha gente a la cual le encante 😊

El apartamento está muy nuevo, y tiene buena distribución. Solamente una toalla de manos y un solo rollo de papel higiénico. La verdad es que me parece caro por estos detalles y sobretodo por la ubicación. Es imposible aparcar en la zona.

Está en una de las peores zonas de Bilbao, peligrosa, sucia y desagradable, suerte que no estaba con mi familia. Las ventanas no aislan bien del ruido y estuve escuchando las voces y los gritos de los borrachos del bar que estaba justo debajo de mi habitación hasta que se fueron. La lámpara del techo del dormitorio tenía muchísimo polvo.

Todo muy comodo, el piso muy completo, con todos lo necesario, muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos del casco viejo. Aunque hay un bar enfrente, apenas hacian ruido

En el limite de un barrio poco recomendable, pero en el limite justo, por la noche poco ruido. Parking publico a 10 minutos andando, y a partir de las 20.00 dificil aparcar en las calles cercanas
