The apartment was cozy and warm

Al ser departamento tiene un poco de todo, se puede cocinar, tiene refrigerador.

Mi experiencia partio mal, llegue a las 13 y el check in era a las 16 horas, cosas que no habia notado, y ya eso me parece excesivo, inmediatamente descartan check in temprano y guardar las maletas, me dicen que les hable cerca de la hora de mi llegada para ver si el apartamento estaba listo mas temprano y nunca me respondieron, dado que me dijeron de la posibilidad de el check in mas temprano,  me quede 3 horas sentada en una banca de un parque esperando, nunca me avisaron nada y arruino bastante mi experiencia. El internet es PESIMO, lentisimo y se interrumpe a cada rato, el peor hasta ahora de todos los lugares en los que me he quedado.  Muy decepcionante, muy mala comunicacion de parte de la persona encargada y eso provoco que mi viaje por esta cuidad no fuera el mejor.

The heating was not working, and the host was unresponsive. I called six times (only a US phone number was provided), but he didn't bother to pick up or call back. He just answered one message via booking.com that should switch on the AC. But there was no remote control, and the AC wouldn't heat bed or bath room. The boiler was working fine. It was most likely the thermostat (that looked like bought on Aliexpress) that ran out of battery and failed to connect after replacing the batteries. Hence, I believe this could have been fixed easily remotely with a little bit of good will from the host. But not picking up the phone at all (within four hours) is a no-go.

The location is great, and the building is not noisy so it’s a very calm place to stay at. The bed is comfy. There are also extra things available to use in the apartment, that are usually not available when renting.

There were some broken things that could use some fixing, the pillows were not clean, and the kitchen didn’t have warm water.

Wenn ich etwas nennen müsste: checkin erst ab 16 Uhr möglich.

The host was very helpful and explained in detail how to get in the apartment.

It wasn't very clean. The sheets had hair on them. Also the wifi was very slow.
