To be fair, the local representative who handled the check-in and check-out was friendly, punctual, and helpful. During the final inspection she confirmed that the house was okay, and communication with her was professional and pleasant.

After booking, we discovered that many services had to be paid for separately from the accommodation price: €200 for bed linen and towels, €70 for air conditioning, €210 for pool heating, and €30 for gas. In total, the additional charges exceeded €500. It was also unpleasant that shortly after booking we were asked to urgently transfer €1,210 to a private bank account outside of Booking.com (€800 deposit and €410 in additional charges). In addition, we had to pay €40 in cash at check-out for the house inspection and key handover. The property looks much better in the photos than in reality. The upper terrace is dirty, neglected, and not suitable for comfortable use. The furniture and some of the equipment are noticeably worn and aged. The biggest drawback for us was the neighboring property with a large number of dogs. The dogs bark loudly and frequently during the night, early morning, and throughout the day. This significantly affected our comfort and quality of sleep. The pool heating was another disappointment. We paid €210 for heated pool access and were told that the water temperature was around 29°C. In reality, the water temperature was only about 26–27°C, which we personally measured and documented. The check-out requirements were unusually extensive for a rental property. We had to remove all trash, clean the barbecue, empty the refrigerator and cupboards, remove bed linen, collect towels, pack and cover outdoor furniture and cushions, inspect cushions for stains, and complete several other tasks. This took several hours before departure. The situation with the €800 deposit was particularly disappointing. After our stay, the owner wrote: “Once the review has been submitted, the deposit will be transferred to you.” During check-out, the owner's representative inspected the property and confirmed in writing that “the house is okay.” Despite this, additional claims appeared later and the deposit was not refunded in full.

Beautiful villa very clean the host was always available for anything I needed , the pool is amazing very relaxing area lots of space for the children to relax and open space so I can keep an eye on them . Everything I needed was there even some games for the children .The key holder was brilliant she came for anything we needed and was a comfort to have someone near to help me . I will diff be coming back and I thankyou all for a lovely stay and I will diff contact the owner again to return ! Many thanks
