You have to additionally pay for the gym, this information should be included in the property description. The kitchen utensils are old and worn out so basically no possibility for normal cooking. Lack of normal chairs - they ask you to remove the shoes but even don't provide you with a place to change them. I have a problem with my leg and cannot do this while standing

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoy the folks rton the ground floor.

Shower door Jamming, Coffee cups too small, no water glasses. No outlet near the bed on the right hand side.

The place is comfortable and very clean! The stay is superb. I would recommend the place for my friends.

I hope they would provide complimentary water. The downside is that when there’s heavy rain, the road going to the place is not good. There will be some difficulties.

I liked the room and the balcony where we could sit and eat. The rooftop garden was a nice place to go. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus for us to enjoy. The staff were helpful and courteous. Everything that was needed for a stay was there. It was a nice place to end my tour of the Philippines and I wanted to stay longer. There was a slight issue with the internet not working but the owner was fast to reply to my message and had it fixed within minutes of our conversation which I was most grateful for the fast response.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to leave such a nice place and return back to the UK

My accommodation was not available when I arrived approx 11.15pm on evening 19th August for 5 nights. The security guards of the condo complex confirmed that the condo I booked had permanent residents in there for more than a year. I booked my accom. through Booking.Com and they apparently failed to determine with the owners that this accommodation had long been withdrawn as rental accommodation. My Cost was 10,074.96 Philippines Peso. Although I have travel insurance, I am unable to communicate with Booking . Com and this causes me problems to claim through my insurance. I ask that the Mesatierra Gardens condo owner please confirm through this post that your accommodation was not provided to me as per my booking - thank you.
