"Nice and Comfortable Family Stay in Tulum"

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely house in Tulum. It’s beautifully decorated, well located, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the free parking right at the entrance and the fact that the property is in a secure, gated community. Each room had both a fan and air conditioning, which made a big difference during the hot days. The house was equipped with everything we needed – all essential appliances and kitchenware were provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d gladly come back with just a few small improvements made!

The house could use a bit more care in some areas – the garden would benefit from some maintenance, a few of the kitchen items were quite worn out and could be replaced, and the cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

"Tulym is absolutely worth the hype it is"

Everything was very clean and we got a quick and correct response to any message. muy amable :-)

The area is a bit of a building site. The place is clearly worth more than the current asking price, but just because of the noise of the construction nearby, it will be hard to get the real value for now.

"Nice apartment"

The apartment is spacious to accommodate 4-6 people.. I liked the decoration. The kitchen has the necessary for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds are king size, which is good, and they provide a lot of towels. The private pool is a good idea even though it is small and not deep

The living room area wasn't clean enough. Even the dish rack in the kitchen sink was dirty. I couldn't use it. The owner told us that the water is not safe to drink in Tulum. It would be nice if we had a few bottles of water in the fridge as complementary upon arrival instead of going out to buy water. My kids were tired and thirsty. The other thing i wasn't expecting was mosquitos. They welcomed us, lol, and the wifi is not stable. They cut it every single day. But these two things are not controlled by the owner
