Excelente localização e comodidades. Boa climatização. Anfitrião mostrou cuidado nos detalhes.
Produtos de higiene e limpeza doméstica em quantidade insuficiente para 4 pessoas, por exemplo, apenas foi deixada 1 pastilha para as máquinas da loiça e roupa e os papéis de cozinha e higiénico eram igualmente insuficientes para uma estadia com a duração da nossa. A limpeza apesar de boa no geral poderia ser mais cuidada. Apesar de existir 1 aspirador no apartamento o mesmo não tinha bateria ou carregador.
