The location was easy to find.

The website said pool, continental breakfast. The pool had no water the breakfast was dry cereal and packaged donuts. The room smelled weird. I am hoping to get some kind of refund. I was embarrassed to be the one who booked this stay with my family. Please consider a reimbursement for the inconvenience I experienced with this stay.

Location, we were fly fishing the Kinnickinnic.

Facility needs some upgrading and continental breakfast would have been nice. Air conditioner quit working. Water out of the tap was brown when first turned on. Because of that we used bottled water to brush teeth and didn’t use the shower.

There were no smoke detectors in the rooms my family stayed in. The TV DIDN’T WORK. The staff was extremely unprofessional. They were all barefoot but for the manager. My mother complained upon arrival about the smoke detectors commenting on how illegal it is for them not to be in the rooms. No response. I complained upon checkout and was told he doesn’t give a sh*t and neither do the owners. I was floored and let him know I would be taking my complaint further. He then called me a fat fu*kin whore and to go to a gym. STRONGLY recommend nobody stay here.

The breakfast selection was limited so we decided to stop for breakfast after we were on the road,

When we went to our assigned rooms, we were surprised to find them not yet cleaned. Many of the adjoining rooms had not been cleaned and this was about 6:30 PM. The desk clerk was very apologetic and promptly reassigned us to new rooms, which were fine. The desk clerk appeared to be the only employee on site, and there was no one available to even clean the rooms. Our new rooms were fine, and it was not a big deal, but certainly seems to be a strange way to run a hotel..

Pictures of the facilities show a pool and hot tub. When we arrived, we were told they no longer have a pool or hot tub because of the cost. Breakfast had no coffee because "coffee maker was broken."
