Location was awesome and views were amazing. Apartment was clean and well presented. Hosts were quick to respond. Instructions to get into apartment were detailed and simple to follow

It provided everything we needed and was comfortable. The owners accommodated us last minute and we were hugely appreciative of that.

I found the rules about being charged for towels/sheets to be unnecessary. Sometimes stains happen and not by the fault of people. Most accommodations would do their own dry cleaning.

Great location close to all the facilities we needed in a quiet street.

Difficult to relax on the tiny and hard couch that only fits a single person. Found it strange that there were no tea towels, expecting dishes to air dry or use the paper napkins to dry dishes, and we weren’t expecting disposable bath towels (it would be helpful to accurately explain so visitors can come prepared rather than going out to buy towels and tea towels).

Excellent location. Extremely clean and tidy. All the basics needed for a quick stay.

The lounge furniture is very minimal. This was fine for an overnight with just the two of us, but there would be no couch space for more than 2 people.

The house was clean and well equipped. The location was good and the parking was off the street.

First, the pillows provided were too high. We proposed to the home owner to provide a slimmer options for the tenants, otherwise, a house that couldn't provide the tenants with a good night sleep is a bad property. The other issue we found was a bowl of rotten food was found left inside the microwave by the previous tenants. I am sure the home owner is not aware of that but they have to make sure they check all the appliances whenever the tenants moved out.

Clean, pleasant house. Great location, nice neighborhood. Nice host. Handy to the motorway. Has everything you need for a couple nights stay in Auckland. Wifi was great, didn't cut out at all.

The sofa was small and hard so nowhere comfortable to sit. The beds were very hard. Bad smell from the smaller bedroom wardrobe.

It was a beautiful little cottage home, small however so beautiful that had everything inside and close to shops and mall. My 2 girls and I enjoyed our stay .
